Customer Service Specialist

About the role:
 

We are seeking Customer Service Specialist’s to join the business on a temporary project for 2 months.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for their business clients

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the onboarding of customers via phone & email
  • Providing accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Following established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Problem-solve and provide feedback when needed
  • Liaise with internal teams as required

Start Date: As this is a temporary role ideal candidates will be available immediately or on short notice.

Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5ppm (40 hours per week)

About You: 

The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position and confidence with communication. As well as:

  • Proven experience in a similar client service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
