My client is an Auckland based government organisation committed to making this supercity a desirable economic, lifestyle, and tourism destination. They are currently working on a new platform to manage and share climate data and knowledge to help build capacity and capability for SME’s in addressing climate change.
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with the Digital Services and Climate Connect team to execute the new learning platform.
The Details:
- Part-time contract role from 2nd October until 9th December 2024
- 20 hours per week – Ideally 3 days a week however flexible on hours
- Your week will be split across 2 locations in Auckland CBD
Responsibilities:
- Be the digital lead for the new online learning platform
- Be the conduit between the internal Marketing and Digital Services teams to keep the project moving
- Champion customer needs through best digital practices, clear calls-to-action and user-friendly design
- Work with marketing to write copy, CTAs, etc for the platform; collate assets and ensure they are optimised for web
- Ensure the learning platform is designed to fit customer journeys, key objectives and KPIs
- Load content (video, images, copy) to the learning platform
- Assist the Digital Services team in testing the learning platform and ensure a smooth deployment
- Ensure content is trackable via Google Analytics 4
Requirements:
You will be comfortable working in the grey and fast-moving environment and not afraid to ask questions where needed. You will also have:
- Extensive digital content experience ideally in a learning environment
- Good copywriting skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent team player
- Experience in climate change/B2B also highly desirable
