We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading commercial cleaning company with a strong presence across New Zealand. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with both clients and franchisees, ensuring the highest standards of service are upheld across all sites. This role is located in the Hawkes Bay area. 

From humble beginnings as a family-run business in 1979, they have grown into one of the largest New Zealand-owned cleaning companies, with over 140 franchise owners and 900 staff nationwide. They provide top-notch cleaning services to over 1,800 clients across a variety of industries. Their company is built on a foundation of open communication, high standards, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all service providers, franchisees and their staff are following the policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts’ financial and operational performance in line with specifications and clients’ expectations.
  • Promote their core business activities by developing strong business relationships
  • Provide value added services building ongoing business relationships, with potential and existing clients, franchisees and their staff

What we are looking for in you: 

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management and operations.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
