About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Business Support Team in our branch in Wellington CBD. This position has become available due to an overseas move, offering the chance to manage a strong portfolio of clients and lead an established team to deliver unrivalled recruitment services to our customers.
Duties:
- Lead and coach a team of established recruitment consultants by sharing your expertise and knowledge
- Grow a successful client portfolio
- Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions
- Consult with our clients to add value to their organisations by being a partner of choice
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates
- Oversee the candidate and client experience, ensuring that it is efficient, engaging and reflective of the Madison values
Requirements:
- Proven leadership capability, having led or mentored recruiters previously
- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment
- A skilled relationship builder, with a track record of strong delivery
- You’ll have an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of drive
- You’re driven by success and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture
- The ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry – it’s the world we live in!
