About the role:
Due to continuous business growth, Prosperity Finance is looking for an experienced residential property lending specialist to join the team to support clients and provide tailored mortgage advisory services.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalised lending solutions.
• Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures to help clients achieve their goals.
• Provide expert home lending advice to new and existing clients.
• Maintain long-term, effective relationships with customers and lending institutions.
• Assist in preparing loan applications and securing approvals.
• Provide support to the Application Specialist when needed.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prioritise workloads to ensure the business achieves its goals efficiently.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory practices, or financial organisations.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a solution focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Passionate about learning, collaborating, and growing with the business.
