Looking to use your customer service skills to benefit your local community? We are looking for enthusiastic people to assist with a field-based, public education role for an exciting environmentally focused project.
- ASAP – October 2025 (potential to extend longer)
- $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Out and about in Waitakere and North Shore areas
The role:
Working within the local community to monitor and enforce the success of a waste initiative through Tāmaki Makaurau. You will use a company vehicle to visit various locations, as well as complete administrative tasks at your local office.
- Travelling around (Waitakere and North Shore areas) to check waste management protocols
- Ensuring compliance of waste management protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and public education in person
- Input and maintain data accurately
- Monitor and assess if the products are being used correctly
About you:
The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable and passionate about supporting their community. You will have proven customer service experience, be flexible to travel to various locations throughout Auckland and a confident communicator.
Key skills include:
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
- Reliable and flexible to adapt with the project duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically fit
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen
