Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is run by Madison Recruitment (Madison)
  2. This promotion is applicable to businesses with 50 staff and under.
  3. This promotion is applicable for exclusive, permanent positions.
  4. This promotion period runs until the 31st December 2025.  Terms and conditions must be signed before this date to be eligible for this package.
  5. Recruitment Marketing Package: Includes a customised job ad, posting on multiple platforms and social media sites, and a recruitment video, all created in-house.
  6. Flexible Payment Plans & Low Risk Hiring:
    • First Invoice Instalment: One third of the total recruitment fee will be invoiced upon signing the Madison Terms of Business. Madison will start the recruitment and marketing process once the Terms of Business are signed. The invoice is non-refundable as Madison’s services will begin immediately upon the acceptance of the Terms of Business.
    • Second Invoice Instalment: The second third of the total recruitment fee will be invoiced upon the job offer contract being signed by the successful candidate. In the unlikely event that the candidate does not start after the second invoice, the six-month guarantee will come into effect, meaning a free replacement will be found. Once that replacement is found and the candidate signs the job offer, Madison will issue the third invoice.
    • Third Invoice Instalment: The final third of the total recruitment fee will be invoiced one month after the candidate signs the job offer contract.
  7. Training & Upskilling for Your Team: Our specialist recruitment team will conduct one tailored 60-minute training session on best practice interviewing skills with your internal hiring managers.
  8. Our Workspace, Your Workspace: While we are actively recruiting this position for you, enjoy complimentary use of our boardroom or meeting rooms (subject to time slot allocation – please enquire to check the space is available on your preferred date).
  9. You’ll be required to agree to our Fee Schedule and Terms of Business. You will also be sent a Variation Document outlining these additional benefits.
  10. Madison will not, without permission, disclose any personal information to third parties, as per our Privacy Policy.
  11. Madison reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the details of this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately. Madison shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the withdrawal or modification of the promotion.

Please note:

  • Payment terms are 7 days from each invoice date.
  • If the salary offered to the candidate varies from the initial job brief that the first instalment was based upon, invoice two and three will be adjusted accordingly (not exceeding the total recruitment charge based on the percentage of salary).
