Work from Home Requirements
Prior to applying, please review the following work from home requirements. These are essential requirements that need to be satisfied to be offered a role with IAG:
- Broadband with unlimited data
- Minimum upload speed of 5Mb (but recommend 10Mb) and download speed of 20Mb, Jitter less than 30 milliseconds – you will need to test your speed and provide a screen shot of the results from a computer or laptop where you will be working. Speed Test Link: https://www.chorus.co.nz/speed-test
- A private, closed off workspace with adequate lighting, access to fresh air and ability to control temperature levels, noise, and internet usage
- A suitable chair where feet can sit flat on the floor or on a footrest (preference is a 5-leg office chair)
- A desk with a reasonable surface area to accommodate a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and space for a notebook/ to write
If we progress with your application you will be required to provide a photograph of your dedicated workspace.
Please apply for the role and location closest to where you live. Whilst you may primarily work from home, you will need to be able to travel to the office within one hour for training, team meetings, or if you lose access to internet/ systems at home.
