About the role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Auckland market by actively seeking new business opportunities and cultivating partnerships with commercial entities.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads through cold calling and networking.
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts with commercial clients.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site assessments and measurements.
- Prepare and submit quotes and tenders.
About you:
- Previous sales experience in the cleaning and facilities management sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in selling services within the B2B domain.
- Possess strong business acumen.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Current drivers licence
