Heather Kerr

A bit about me

Born in Germany and raised in the beautiful South West of France, I’m a British citizen who has lived in more places than I can count (yes… you can call me international). I made New Zealand home in 2008 and joined Madison Recruitment in 2017.

I’m part of the Professional Services team, recruiting specialist contract, fixed term, and permanent roles across the Government and Not For Profit sectors. I’m passionate about building genuine, lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals and ensuring a supportive, transparent experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my two energetic young boys, squeezing in a gym session or run when I can, or enjoying time at the beach.
