Procurement and Planning Administrator

About the role: 
 
As an administrator across procurement you will be tasked with supporting client services, updating system data, supporting with invoice processing and job planning in a business environment.
 
Day to day responsibilities:

  • Providing organisational administration support to operations managers
  • Ensure integrity of data captured across systems and documentation
  • Providing administration support to client services
  • Updating and creation of job orders and planning
  • ADHOC Admin as required

Start Date: This is a tempeorary role starting as soon as possible for the duration of 6 months with possible extension for the right person.
 
Days/ Hours:  Full time, Monday – Friday
 
About You: 
 
The ideal candidate will have some experience across either, planning, procurement or supply chain administration and will ideally possess the following skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong aptitude using computer systems such as SAP or Excel
  • The ability to learn and adapt well
