About the roles:
We have a range of temporary administration roles across South and East Auckland requiring support either now or in the upcoming weeks.
Some of the roles we are currently recruiting are:
- Planning Administrator – Wiri based, 2 months
- Procurement Administrator – Airport oaks based, 3 months with possible extension
- Customer Service Administrator – Mangere based, 2 months with possible extension
- Rostering Administrator – Penrose based, 3 months with possible extension
- Casual Project Administrator – Onehunga based, ongoing casual hours
- Executive Assistant – Otahuhu based, 3 months with possible extension
Skills required:
We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in Adminsitration work or similar. Due to the nature of these tempeorary roles starting soon, the ideal candidates should be available on short notice. To be successful, you should also ideally exhibit to following skills:
- Confident communications skills both written and verbal
- Confident computer skills (with Microsoft suite, Outlook and any other widely used systems)
- A driven nature to adapt and learn on the job
- The ability to work well within a team and also autonomously
