A bit about me

My role in recruitment began after working in various industries and a career in teaching overseas. Once returning to New Zealand, I decided on a new direction and landed in the fast-paced world of recruitment. My career with the Accordant Group began with Madison, and I have held many roles, from Recruitment Consultant to Branch Manager to GM of Operations across many of our brands.

As Regional Manager, I lead the teams at Madison and Absolute IT across the Auckland region. This role combines my leadership, strategy, innovation, and operations strengths to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates while growing a high-performing team. I’m skilled in recruitment technology and process improvement and constantly exploring ways to refine our systems and embrace new tools. My goal is to create an experience that’s seamless, efficient, and tailored, ensuring we deliver the perfect match with energy and precision every time.

Outside of work, I love connecting with people, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with two businesses that make a real difference in people’s lives.
