We are looking for experienced contact centre representatives for this new and exciting opening, which provides the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills and experience!
The role: Work in a fast-paced phone-based team taking inbound calls and offering a memorable experience to the customers you encounter. You will manage several different accounts so each call will be different!
Day to day you will be:
- Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queries
- Updating customer details and using multiple databases and systems
- Escalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistance
- Participate in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the business
- Eliminating stress and providing certainty for customers during the call
The hours and location:
This position is for a full-time daytime shift pattern position. You will be rostered 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-7pm across Monday – Sunday. Full flexibility to work different shift patterns is required in this position.
The offices are conveniently located in Penrose, walking distance to the Penrose train station. There is also free parking provided onsite.
