About the Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll lead the design process for high-end commercial interiors, working closely with clients to bring innovative concepts to life. This role involves managing design documentation, client presentations, and collaborating with the in-house project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and present creative, client-centric interior designs.
- Prepare high-quality documentation and manage design concept execution.
- Engage with clients, capturing briefs and providing expert guidance to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with project managers, ensuring designs meet building codes and client expectations.
- Manage project time lines, ensuring deliverables align with client and internal deadlines.
Start Date: Immediate or as per availability.
Contract Duration: 6 months
About You
You are an accomplished interior designer with a strong portfolio in high-end commercial interiors and a knack for client engagement. You bring design and documentation expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proficiency in Revit and advanced design documentation skills.
- Strong experience in high-end commercial interiors, with a portfolio to match.
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
