Top tips for healthy living

1. Preparation is key

Prep healthy lunches when you’re making dinner the night before! It saves time in the morning, and means you have no excuse to go out and buy an unhealthy lunch if you don’t have time during the morning/day.

2. Start small

Start with a little morning walk and some basic yoga in your living room. It’s less intimidating than starting at the gym and you can work yourself up to going to classes. Remember being healthy is a journey not a destination – focus on how far you’ve come, not how far you’ve got to go.

3. Just keep swimming running

Listening to music via earphones is a great way to stay motivated while you’re running. Another great trick is to go running around an area of town you’ve never been before – that way your runs become a bit of an adventure!

5. Drink water

If you struggle to drink enough water try buying a drink bottle with a straw – it’s easy to mindlessly drink lots of water this way. Try it, we think you’ll be surprised by how easy it is!
