Employer Survey – Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is run by Madison Recruitment Limited.
• The Prize is one NZD$250 Prezzy card.
• In the event that the Winner is unable to accept the Prize due to their organisation’s policies, the Winner can instead choose between a morning tea to the value of NZD$250, OR Madison will donate NZD$250 to a charity of the Winner’s choosing on their behalf.
• The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries by close of business on Friday 21st February 2025.
• The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form within 5 business days of the Prize Draw.
• The Prize can only be sent to a valid NZ address (no PO boxes) or delivered by a Madison consultant to a NZ place of work.
• Entry to the prize draw is restricted to one entry per person.
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
• This promotion runs from 8.00am Wednesday 29th January 2025, until 11.59pm on Friday 14th February 2025.
• To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the Employer Survey 2025 and include your contact details on the entry form at the end.
• This promotion is only open to people who are legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand at the time of the Prize Draw.
• This promotion is not open to Absolute IT, Accordant, AWF, Hobson Leavy, JacksonStone & Partners, or Madison Recruitment employees or their families.
