Inbound Customer Service Representative

The role: Work in a fast-paced phone-based team taking inbound calls and offering a memorable experience to the customers you encounter. Day to day you will be:

  • Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queries
  • Updating customer details and using multiple databases and systems
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistance
  • Being an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the business
  • Eliminating stress and providing certainty for customers during the call 

The hours and location:
 
Day-time shifts are rostered Monday – Sunday, 40 hours per week between 7am and 7pm. Full flexibility to work different shift patterns is required in this position.
 
Graveyard shifts are from 11pm – 7am. Part-time available, we are happy to consider you for this role if you can work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
 
The offices are conveniently located in Penrose, walking distance to the Penrose train station. There is also free parking provided onsite.
