About the role:

You will use your customer service skills to provide efficient and quality communication via inbound, outbound, and electronic communication. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll need to provide updates and troubleshoot issues with a customer service focus. With the support of your team leader, you’ll be working with high a high volume of calls.
