Day to day responsibilities:

• Customer service and front-of-house responsibilities
• Managing guest bookings and registration
• Payments, and cash handling
• Responding to calls and emails
• Housekeeping duties

 
This vibrant, busy hostel is open 365 days a year and just mere minutes from the beach. Meet and work with like-minded individuals and gain experience within a local government organization!
 
Our ideal candidate would be:

• Flexible to work rostered shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ideally experienced with hospitality operations, but not essential
• Computer literacy
