About the Role
As an Installer/Carpenter, you will be responsible for the precise installation of bespoke construction products, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with project managers and site teams across Auckland to deliver seamless installations and exceptional client service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Carry out detailed installations following construction plans and specifications, ensuring high quality of work is delivered.
  • Take accurate site measurements and conduct audits when necessary to accommodate bespoke installations.
  • Maintain productivity and adhere to health and safety policies on-site
  • Organise and ensure timely availability of on-site materials, meeting project deadlines.
  • Utilise digital quality assurance software to document installations and identify potential process improvements.

 
Start Date: Open to immediate start. 
Days/Hours: Full-time; schedule aligned with project requirements.
 
About You
You’re a seasoned installer or carpenter with a strong background in commercial construction, ready to bring your expertise to a company focused on long-term growth and quality. You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling bespoke projects.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong English communication skills to follow detailed installation instructions.
  • Own set of tools and reliable vehicle for site access.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing installation challenges.
