Civil Project Manager

Our Client

A Civil contractor that has been around a long time and knows how to deliver subdivisions the right way. With a steady pipeline of work across Auckland, they’re looking for a Project Manager who’s hands-on with earthworks and ready to take ownership of big subdivision jobs.

The Role

You’ll be across programme, budget, and labour performance — keeping things moving on site while working closely with engineers, councils, and client reps. It’s a role for someone who knows subdivisions inside out and still enjoys being part of the day-to-day delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years running large subdivisions (roads, drainage, earthworks, services).
  • Sharp on civil and earthworks operations in the NZ market.
  • Practical style: down-to-earth, loyal, hardworking, and forward-thinking.
  • At that middle stage of your career: confident managing projects, but still eager to grow.

Why Apply

  • Subdivision projects in the $10M–$50M range.
  • Salary band $130K–$160K + vehicle.
  • Stable pipeline and a culture that backs people who put in the work.

If you’re a Project Manager ready to step up, this role offers more than delivery — it’s your chance to take on major subdivision projects, grow your leadership profile, and build a long-term career with a contractor that values loyalty and forward thinking.
