The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead complex commercial projects end-to-end. You’ll coordinate design, commercial, and site teams, ensuring programme certainty, quality, and strong client outcomes on every delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of $50M–$200M vertical builds.
- Manage programme, sequencing, and risk.
- Lead subcontractor and consultant performance.
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder trust.
About You
- 10+ years’ construction experience.
- Tier 1 pedigree on $50M+ projects.
- Skilled in NZS 3910 contract administration.
- Confident leader, respected decision-maker.
