After a career spanning more than decade in Sales Management and Business Process Outsourcing, driving large, high-performing sales teams, I sought a change and made the jump into agency recruitment. Since 2020, I have specialised in recruitment across the construction and engineering sectors, my focus is on connecting businesses with skilled talent that matches both their operational needs and company culture.

My approach is driven by a commitment to understanding the unique needs of every organisation I work with, which has allowed me to develop a sharp understanding of how to align top-tier candidates with the demands of these industries. Outside of work I’m a father of two young boys who love the outdoors, so you’ll find us down at the beach or out fishing. When we aren’t outside, I’m busy renovating our house on Waiheke.
