Drive the services package on projects where scale and complexity matter. We’re looking for a Building Services Manager with Tier 1 experience on $50M–$200M builds.
The Role
As Building Services Manager, you’ll take ownership of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire systems across high-value vertical projects. You’ll work alongside PM and site leadership to ensure seamless integration of services into programme and design.
Responsibilities
- Manage building services delivery on $50M–$200M projects.
- Oversee design coordination and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Resolve technical challenges and sequencing issues.
About You
- 10+ years’ services management in commercial construction.
- Tier 1 project experience at $50M+ scale.
- Strong technical knowledge across MEP disciplines.
- Proven track record of integrating complex services packages.
