About the Role
As an Intermediate Associate, you’ll work closely with senior bankers, supporting clients through the transaction lifecycle. From building detailed financial models and conducting site visits, to valuations, buyer identification, and preparing pitch materials, no two days will look the same. You’ll be part of a team-oriented office that thrives on collaboration and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuations
• Support senior bankers in providing transaction advice
• Conduct site visits to assess and understand target businesses
• Assist with buyer searches and pitch preparation
• Collaborate on transaction advisory and execution processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success

About You

• Degree in Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a similar qualification
• Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and M&A insights
• Confident, detail-focused, and highly collaborative
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable operating in a flexible, results-driven workplace
