Role responsibilities may include:
- Processing and checking invoices for payment runs
- Paying staff expenses
- Entering personal details into systems
- Ordering, replacing, cancelling, and amending credit card limits
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Filing and generating weekly reports
- General AP / AR tasks
What we need from you:
- You will have good all-round accounting skills, you will have worked in AP/AR and done some payroll, we are looking for candidates at all levels
- You must be able to provide two excellent references from previous employers that you have reported into
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word or any related MS Office skills
