Madison Recruitment is partnering with a well-known business to find a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract. If you have a strong background in HR/Recruitment administration and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we want to hear from you!
Start Date: Immediate start
Location: Auckland CBD
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with some work from home flex 1-2 days per week
Day to day responsibilities:
- Set up requisitions, draft, and post job adverts.
- Assist with reporting and database management.
- Screen CVs, book, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Facilitate background checks and manage the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Senior Consultant to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administration experience in HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and risk management.
- Passionate about candidate care and delivering a positive experience.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process.
- Experience with Snaphire or other ATS platforms is preferred.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, work proactively, and operate autonomously
