Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Madison Recruitment is partnering with a well-known business to find a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract. If you have a strong background in HR/Recruitment administration and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we want to hear from you!

Start Date: Immediate start
Location: Auckland CBD 
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with some work from home flex 1-2 days per week

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Set up requisitions, draft, and post job adverts.
  • Assist with reporting and database management.
  • Screen CVs, book, and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Facilitate background checks and manage the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with the Senior Consultant to ensure seamless recruitment operations.


Ideal Candidate: 

  • Strong administration experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and risk management.
  • Passionate about candidate care and delivering a positive experience.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process.
  • Experience with Snaphire or other ATS platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, work proactively, and operate autonomously
