Accounts Administrator
Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join my clients’ team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, working closely with the General Manager and sales team to ensure smooth and efficient processes across accounts, invoicing, and financial administration.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
  • Assist with monthly reporting and account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and adjustments
  • Support the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and assist with follow-ups
  • Assist with payroll processing (training provided over time)
  • Provide general financial and administrative support to management

About You

  • Experience with MYOB
  • Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
