About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join my clients’ team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, working closely with the General Manager and sales team to ensure smooth and efficient processes across accounts, invoicing, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
- Assist with monthly reporting and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and adjustments
- Support the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Monitor outstanding accounts and assist with follow-ups
- Assist with payroll processing (training provided over time)
- Provide general financial and administrative support to management
About You
- Experience with MYOB
- Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
