We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team and provide support during a period of change and growth. This is a hands-on temporary opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working across transactional finance, thrives on reconciliations, and takes pride in accurate processing.
The Role You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly, with a strong focus on reconciliations and high-volume transactional processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • High-volume transactional processing (300+ transactions per month)
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support
  • Reconciliations relating to receipts and invoices impacting customs clearance processes
  • General finance administration
  • Attending team meetings and assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will be practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Strong reconciliation skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Solid Excel capability and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

What’s on Offer

  • Temporary assignment starting in early October 2026 (initially 3 months – with the view to go perm)
