Caroline Banham

After completing my bachelor’s in psychology from Carleton University in 2013, I started a career in sales working for the largest fitness provider in British Columbia. In 2016 I took time off to travel and moved to Australia where I continued to work in sales and fundraising.

In 2022 I moved to Auckland and started at Madison Recruitment in the Contact Centre & Volume Recruitment space. The mix of relationship building and target driven work is what I love most about the role and being able to help find solutions for clients while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Outside of work you’ll find me planning my next travel adventure, taking a Pilates or Spin class, or having a wine with friends and trying out new restaurants.
