Jayde Scorer

Originally hailing from Jo’burg, South Africa, I arrived in New Zealand right before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. After traveling around New Zealand, I eventually settled in Auckland to embark on my professional career. It was through a mutual friend’s connection with Madison that I got the opportunity to interview with Mandy, and since then, I haven’t looked back.

While studying Psychology and Communication Science in University, I discovered my passion for making a positive impact on others. I began my recruitment career with the National Resourcing Team but quickly found myself gravitating towards the Government Volume Team.

My love for recruitment stems from the immense satisfaction of helping people improve their lives, matching talent with the perfect opportunities, and nurturing lasting relationships. Having been in a similar situation myself, it’s important to me to guide others towards fantastic work opportunities that allow them to grow.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with friends and exploring the many amazing places that New Zealand has to offer.
