Frontline Administrator

Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic corporate setting? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Frontline Administrator for our client, based in the vibrant CBD.

This role offers a variety of tasks, with responsibilities spanning reception, office management, facilities, and personal assistance, all while supporting the smooth operation of the business. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in maintaining the professional image of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of house duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing meeting rooms.
  • Assist with event organisation, catering, and coordination for company functions and meetings.
  • Support office management and facilities to ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Manage stationery orders, ensuring stock levels are maintained and promptly replenished.
  • Organise contractors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Oversee the management of office swipe cards and security access.
  • Keep the kitchen area tidy, stocked, and well-maintained.
  • Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional phone manner – a customer-centric attitude is essential!
  • Positive, resilient, and solution-focused when handling client interactions.
  • A natural flair for organisation, with great attention to detail.
