About the role
• Provide support to high-risk individuals, ensuring their safety and wellbeing through tailored strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking progress and outcomes
• Work closely with internal and external agencies, authorities, and clients
• Conduct phone assessments and attend crisis call-outs
About you
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Previous experience in crisis intervention and client advocacy
• Excellent communication skills, sensitivity, and confidentiality in handling challenging situations.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi
• A full, clean NZ driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
