$60,000 - $70,000 per annum + uncapped commission!

The Company:
 This company is an award-winning New Zealand owned KiwiSaver and Wealth Manager specialist who are in a major growth phase and looking for sales specialists to join their high performing team!

About the role: As a Sales Development Representative you would be responsible for explaining the benefits of Kiwisaver and how you can help Kiwi’s make the most of it. You will assess people’s needs, provide expert information and arrange appointments for their nationwide adviser team. 

Day to day you will be:

  • Outbound calling, qualifying warm leads, responding to enquires and booking appointments for field advisers all over NZ
  • Analysing client’s current information, what their needs are and providing relevant advice 
  • Working in a dynamic, passionate team to achieve KPI’s and earn commission!

Days & Hours: 

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The hours rotate weekly between two shift patterns:

  •  9am – 5.30pm AND 11am – 7.30pm (with Fridays always 9am – 4pm)

Please note, from June onwards there will be a requirement to work a Sunday shift every few weeks. 

Full flexibility required for the above hours. 

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have…

  • Proven sales experience in a fast paced, high volume phone-based environment 
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation and drive to meet or exceed KPI’s
  • Resilience and the ability to turn a negative call into a positive one
  • The ability to be adaptable in an ever-changing environment 
  • Objection handling and conflict management experience
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perseverance to continue achieving at a high standard through days where it may seem repetitive
  • A passion or interest in the financial sector!
