Customer Care Consultant

About the role:
 You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience via phone and email to their high-end clientele.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Provide the upmost customer service over phone and via email in regard to their high-end domestic and commercial appliances
  • Assist with customer orders, payment and delivery information 
  • Resolve customer queries by liaising with retail partners and providing updates on stock
  • Manage administration duties including quotations and product despatch
  • Book in service call outs within a timely manner 

Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.50am – 5.00pm

About You: You describe yourself as a go-getter, you see the glass as half full, and have previous experience in a call centre environment!

You will have:

  • Preferably 1 – 2 years proven customer service experience 
  • A passion for interacting and learning about people
  • Resilience – the ability to bounce back and remain objective after a difficult customer call
  • Excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
  • Strong technical and administrative skills
  • An outgoing and positive personality
