About the role: You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience via phone and email to their high-end clientele.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Provide the upmost customer service over phone and via email in regard to their high-end domestic and commercial appliances
- Assist with customer orders, payment and delivery information
- Resolve customer queries by liaising with retail partners and providing updates on stock
- Manage administration duties including quotations and product despatch
- Book in service call outs within a timely manner
Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.50am – 5.00pm
About You: You describe yourself as a go-getter, you see the glass as half full, and have previous experience in a call centre environment!
You will have:
- Preferably 1 – 2 years proven customer service experience
- A passion for interacting and learning about people
- Resilience – the ability to bounce back and remain objective after a difficult customer call
- Excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- An outgoing and positive personality
