About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative provides both internal and external customers with the day-to-day operational support surrounding orders, product information and associated order management enquiries. This pivotal role involves being the bridge between customers, sales representatives, and distributors. Day to day you will:

  • Process internal and external orders meeting deadlines
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure correct pricing on all orders
  • Work alongside freight providers to ensure best outcome for the customer
  • Clearly communicate any stock discrepancy, out of stock items and delivery delays
  • Respond promptly to consumer inquiries over the phone, email and on social media
  • Work alongside account managers to maintain client relationships
  • Support the wider sales team

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Customer service/admin experience– FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building relationships with customers, account management support experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in AX and Excel or similar
  • Team player with a “can do” do attitude
