Experienced Baristas and Bartenders!
Madison Recruitment is currently seeking experienced baristas and bartenders who are interested in assisting with world-class events. Once registered with Madison, we will keep in touch with you regarding upcoming casual shifts that are available.
In these roles, you will be required to provide exceptional service to guests attending events, including cocktail functions, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, workshops, seminars, and more.
We are currently looking to recruit for the following positions:
- Baristas
- Bartenders
Our clients are based in the CBD and offer a variety of shift times, these roles are perfect for anyone looking to earn some extra cash and fit work around other commitments such as studying, childcare, or part-time work.
We are seeking individuals who have:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a barista OR bartender
- Sound knowledge of beverage preparation (e.g. cocktails, various coffee orders)
- A can-do attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
