The key responsibilities of the role include:
What We’re Looking For:
These areas above are the core of the role and we need someone who is confident in these areas.
The role ideally will suit someone who has done their accounting training in a Chartered Accounting Firm of note (ideally audit as you will be managing this process) and has their CA (or equivalent).
Experience in a commercial accounting role is essential – ideally in a group environment.
The CFO has created this role to work alongside them and will provide plenty of leadership, mentorship and opportunities for development. The wider group has a nationwide footprint and there is always plenty going on.
Due to the fact that this role works so closely with the CFO; there is a preference for someone to be in the office 5 days per week.
