Personal Assistant

Our client specialises in property investment and landlord services and continues to thrive as a well-established and respected business.
 
We’re thrilled to partner with this business and are on the lookout for an outstanding individual to join them in this fantastic opportunity. This part-time role is 20 hours per week, with some flexibility around hours, ideally spread over four days. Plus, it comes with a car park!
 
About the role:
This is a varied position that requires someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable with both administrative and repetitive data entry tasks. The key areas of responsibility include property management documentation and coordination, processing payments and reconciliations, office management, assisting with board meetings and providing administrative support to the CEO and wider team with day-to-day responsibilities.

 
Responsibilities include:

  • Providing refreshments for visitors
  • Prepare board papers for Board Meetings (training will be given)
  • Minute-taking for board meetings
  • Data entry, document creation, tracking and filing
  • Participation in team meetings
  • Office diary planner & meeting co-ordination
  • Handling property documents
  • Processing payments and reconciliations
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Assisting with project management and development

 
About you:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to accounts and office management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and productivity tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
