Territory Sales/ Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Territory Manager to join our team in Christchurch, overseeing the Canterbury region. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the vital link between our clients, franchisees, and the business, ensuring seamless operations and high standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control and site inspections across allocated sites
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients and franchisees
  • Develop sales growth and manage accounts effectively
  • Ensure all inspection audits meet business standards
  • Maintain and register properties, and handle administrative tasks
  • Evaluate franchisee performance and provide necessary training in areas such as people management, health and safety, compliance, and cleaning


Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Experience in facilities management, cleaning, pest control, or waste control
  • Strong account management and sales experience
  • Ideally, someone with franchise experience or a solid understanding of franchise models
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A willing and enthusiastic attitude, ready to take initiative and drive improvements
