Service Delivery Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a fantastic team ASAP for a 3+ month temporary assignment (likely to extend longer-term).

Duties include:

  • Organise, take inventory and assist in stock management of the warehouse
  • Assist team with movement of equipment and venue set up
  • Liaising with contractors etc.
  • Helping set up the venues when required – i.e., arranging furniture, putting up posters, putting out hand sanitizers etc
  • Reporting any damages and logging maintenance requests when required i.e., coordinate for an electrician or plumber to come fix anything

Details of the role:

  • Starting ASAP for 3 months (likely to extend)
  • On-the-road office and working from various venues around Auckland.
  • $27.8 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Shifts: Thursday to Monday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m – Ideally looking for someone that can be flexible, but these days may vary and can change at short notice.

Experience would be beneficial along with:

  • A full, clean NZ driver’s license (required)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent customer services skills with the ability to resolve complaints
  • Ability to work independently
