We’re looking for a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives across the full project lifecycle — from early feasibility and pricing to delivery and final account. You’ll work closely with the Project Director and become a key voice in commercial decisions and business development.

What you’ll need to bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in NZ construction (commercial + high-end residential)
• A solid track record delivering $20M+ projects
• End-to-end QS experience (pre-con through to close out)
• Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder skills
• A network you’re proud of and keen to leverage
