Madison Recruitment are exclusively recruiting a newly created role for a high-growth, globally operating tech company is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join its finance team. With global operations, they are on the cusp of securing some major contracts – this is an exciting time to get on board!
About the Role:
As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth, financial performance, and operational excellence. Reporting to the CFO and manaing an Assistant Accountant, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial operations, compliance, reporting, and investor support, while driving continuous improvement and helping to scale the business globally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead finance operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax, treasury, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support strategic initiatives through scenario planning, financial modelling, and data analysis
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes—standardising, simplifying, and automating where possible
- Partner with leadership on pricing, product development, and commercial strategy
- Manage investor relations support, due diligence, and internal reporting
- Oversee client and intra-group contracting, and manage office facilities
What We’re Looking For
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in finance – expsosure to SaaS or tech sectors would be a bonus
- Experience with NetSuite and Power BI are highly desirable
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- A tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen
- High standards of communication, confidentiality, and professionalism
