Customer Service Representative

They are looking to grow their team and add an eager and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative. This is a great opening for someone who has a passion for customer service and is wanting to develop themselves through all the opportunities that this role affords.
 
About the role: As a customer service representative you will be responsible for the care of both clients and contractors. You will be providing support to clients and giving them quotes on their cleaning needs. You will also be assisting the team of amazing cleaners with their administration needs.
 
Day to day responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from clients and contractors.
  • Providing quotes for services 
  • Co-ordinating jobs with contractors and clients
  • General administrative duties.
  • Preparing reports for clients and managers and following up with clients

 
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have great customer service skills.
  • A professional and empathetic phone manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and take attentive notes while being on the phone
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel
  • The ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Ability to take initiative and think quickly on your feet and be able to manage your time well and meet deadlines
