About the role: Primary purpose of the supply chain co-ordinator is to ensure the efficient management and analysis of supply plan process, while also overseeing the seamless handling of incoming supplies, meticulous planning, and strategic ordering. The role is crucial in upholding the company’s supply chain management best practices and staying informed about the latest inventory trends, ultimately contributing to the smooth functioning and success of our operations.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Inventory management and master data maintenance
• Providing insights through using critical thinking, data analysis and develop insights to drive process improvements for inventory management.
• Supply planning/ forecasting (plan, order, manage)
• Work closely with demand planner and markets on assumptions
• Co-ordinate international freight
• Develop and implement supply horizons/intervals to optimize incoming supply.

Start Date: As soon as possible
 
Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

About You: 

The perfect candidate is confident with multi-tasking, has excellent numeracy and excel skills, fantastic attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
