About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading commercial cleaning company with a strong presence across New Zealand. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with both clients and franchisees, ensuring the highest standards of service are upheld across all sites. This role is located in the Hawkes Bay region.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • You will train, upskill and support service providers, franchisees and their staff
  • You will conducts audits and site inspections, to ensure compliance with standards and procedures at all times
  • You will manage financial and operational performance in line with specifications and client expectations
  • You will manage and troubleshoot any complaints or issues to ensure these are resolved
  • You will be a strong ambassador for the company, promoting core business activities through strong business relationships with existing and new potential clients

 
What we are looking for: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience in a similar account managment or customer relationship position
  • Ability to monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance across multiple sites
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively
