We’re partnering with a high impact programme that is centralising shared services across a group of organisations. With over 1,000 FTEs impacted, this is a large-scale initiative that touches everything from People & Culture and Finance to Tech, Procurement, and Customer Experience.
About the role: This is a newly created, senior level position designed to drive organisational change as part of a multi-year transformation programme. Reporting to the Programme Director, you’ll work alongside a skilled team of Project Leads, BAs, Communications and Engagement specialists, and other change professionals. You’ll be responsible for leading change planning and execution across functions and entities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and shaping how the change is embedded. This role needs someone who’s comfortable figuring it out as they go and helping others do the same.
