I have more than 20 years of experience recruiting accounting & finance roles in Auckland and New Zealand and have returned to Madison after 15 years away to manage the Professional Services team.

Naturally having been in the market for such a long time, I have established a strong network of contacts and candidates in the finance and accounting space and I recruit both contracting and permanent roles.

Other areas I work with clients and candidates on include co-ordinating recruitment/sourcing strategies for their teams/business, providing salary/market information, assisting with compiling job descriptions as well as CV advice and providing straight-up advice on how to manage a job search for senior candidates.

Outside of work I’m a busy parent with two teenage girls and a baby boy Archer who was born in 2023. My daughter Gabi is one of the top CrossFit athletes in the world in her age group and I do my best to try and keep up with her knowing full well that I can’t anymore (no one can!).
