About the Role
As Project Coordinator: Programme & Claims, you’ll support our Commercial Manager and delivery leads by owning the scheduling, cost-tracking and monthly claims process for all live projects. You’ll ensure programmes are maintained, costs are accurate, and billing aligns with contract terms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own project programmes end-to-end: build, maintain and update schedules
- Drive cost control: track budgets, variations and reconcile actuals
- Lead the monthly claims cycle: draft, submit and follow up on progress claims
- Coordinate purchase orders and material delivery with site teams and suppliers
- Act as the commercial liaison between internal teams, clients and head contractors
About You
- 3+ years’ NZ commercial project coordination or contract support experience (subcontractor, supplier or installation background)
- Proven track record with progress-claim processes and cost-tracking tools
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time-management and a solutions-focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams
