About the Role

As Project Coordinator: Programme & Claims, you’ll support our Commercial Manager and delivery leads by owning the scheduling, cost-tracking and monthly claims process for all live projects. You’ll ensure programmes are maintained, costs are accurate, and billing aligns with contract terms.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own project programmes end-to-end: build, maintain and update schedules
  • Drive cost control: track budgets, variations and reconcile actuals
  • Lead the monthly claims cycle: draft, submit and follow up on progress claims
  • Coordinate purchase orders and material delivery with site teams and suppliers
  • Act as the commercial liaison between internal teams, clients and head contractors

 
About You

  • 3+ years’ NZ commercial project coordination or contract support experience (subcontractor, supplier or installation background)
  • Proven track record with progress-claim processes and cost-tracking tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time-management and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams
